What's included: a site visit paired with one-to-one advice on what's achievable, what to consider, and how to approach the project with clarity from the outset.

Pricing: Fixed price, $500–$800 per session depending on scope. Available standalone, or bundled as an add-on to a Building Defect & Maintenance Report or Building & Pest Inspection Report.
